AMA 1/2 Costume Fashion Show
The AMA 1/2 Costume Fashion Show is scheduled for 2PM on Saturday. All genres of costumes are welcomed from comics to anime to sci-fi to fantasy to horror and beyond.
AMA 1/2 Returns This Saturday
AMA 1/2 Returns is this Saturday at the Crowne Plaza West in Richmond, VA. Entrance into the VA Comicon will also get you into the AMA 1/2 and the cost is only $5. Doors open at 10AM and the event will run until 4PM. A small anime vendor room, panels, and a Costume Fashion show are scheduled.

The staff of Anime Mid-Atlantic, in conjunction with the VA Comicon, is proud to announce the return of AMA 1/2. Our special one-day event “AMA 1/2 Returns” will happen on Saturday September 3, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza West hotel in Richmond, Virginia. This event will occur from 10AM to 4PM. We’re only a few days away from our mini-con event, AMA 1/2! Information about our Cosplay Fashion Show is now online. Signups will begin at 11AM on Saturday with the fashion show starting at 5PM.

Featured Guests for AMA 1/2
AMA 1/2 is proud to announce our first round of featured guests. Local webcomic artist Dave Lister will be joining us in November. Webcomic artist Eirik Blackwolf of Chisuji and DJ Asu Rock of Toramaru Entertainment will also appear. Visit their tables in the Vendors Room and attend their various panels during our event.

The VA Comicon has announced that 1,000 VIP admissions are now available for purchase online. The price is $14.95 for a two-day, VIP admission. Visit the VA Comicon site to pre-register.
